The Lord looked and was displeased
    to find there was no justice.
He was amazed to see that no one intervened
    to help the oppressed.

Isaiah 59:15-16

If you’re easily offended this article will be rough. I do care about your feelings, just not at any cost.

If you’re not a Christian who wants to hear your Lord and Master say, “Well done thou good a faithful servant,” you may find this article unconvincing. I understand. However, it doesn’t take a Christian to know right from wrong. Read on anyway.

If you care at all about objective Truth, if you claim any love for neighbour, then toughen up and prepare to be challenged. I can’t pull any punches now. The fight is not for me, but for your neighbour. Hopefully there’s nothing new in what I say, but I know this will be novel for many, if not offensive.

It’s time for action. I’m gonna encourage and urge you to massive action because the hour is urgent. Bill Shorten & Tanya Pliberseck have publicly boasted of their policy to make killing preborn Australians – innocent living humans – completely paid for by you & me. This is nothing short of a publicly funded holocaust.

No, that’s not emotive hyperbole. Objective, empirical science observes the species is never anything other than human; and that anything is “alive” when its cells are replicating and it is growing. The only question is when does a unique living person begin; and DNA tests confirm that is at conception. Of course, the bloody murder doesn’t happen in the first few days, but well after the baby’s organs, brain, heart and limbs are well developed. The primary (but not only) victim of abortion is always an innocent, living human.

As if this slaughter of well over 70,000 Aussies every year isn’t enough, Labor policy is to make it easier. They will blackmail public hospitals to provide them. They will coerce NSW & SA to change state laws. They will build an entirely new baby abattoir in Tasmania.

Am I offending you? Doubtlessly some will be, but our consciences are condemned if we’re not more offended and motivated to intervention by the Labor-Greens campaign policy to kill. I don’t apologise for caring about murder. Nothing less is commanded by many, many Scriptures commanding intervention for the oppressed, advocacy for those appointed to die and God’s people actively seeking justice.

It’s well passed time we again prayerfully asked, “What issues are breaking God’s heart?” I’m certain it’s not carbon dioxide or wages in one of the world’s richest nations. I reckon it’s the government-endorsed, publicly-funded, wholesale slaughter of innocent living humans.

By the way, it took Christians more than 20 years to abolish slavery (also treating innocent living humans as disposable property). What you’ll find on that page is an initiative to empower you: to educate and activate you. It’s not a new movement. The movement is 2,000 years old and it’s called the Church, the Body of Christ, and Jesus is the perfect Leader of this movement. It outlines how we should be thinking for ourselves, surrendering blind loyalty to parties or politicians in favour of prayerful consideration of how to vote in light of God’s good will for people, government and nations.

It details a relatively easy strategy that YOU can do today, this week, this election. You can be more than a voter. You can be an election influencer. Jesus told us to go and do the same that the Good Samaritan did for his neighbour if we want to please God. The Good Samaritan allowed himself to be interrupted & inconvenienced by a life-threatening need of his neighbour. He invested his time, his effort, his money and he took a long term interest.

With minimal time, effort, money and interest from you, you can love your neighbour in a real way too. 25 million neighbours are waiting for the Church (you & me) to be salt and light in the public square. Go ahead and pray as much as you can, but that’s not what the parable illustrated. Want to help your neighbour? Click here: ChurchAndState.com.au/help.

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves;
    ensure justice for those being crushed.
Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless,
    and see that they get justice.
